Published on the occassion of Mirga-Tas' exhibition at Bonnefanten Museum, This is not the end of the road, showcases how the artist tries to capture the trans-national identity of the Roma people while interrogating the folklore imagery associated with Roma people and their culture.

Małgorzata Mirga-Tas' first Dutch solo presentation included one of the most imporatnt and largest work in the artist's oeuvre, Re-enchanting the World, which was originally made for the Polish pavillion at the Venice Biennale in 2022. The Bonnefanten acquired two parts of the series, which will also be accompanied by new works that continue to address the artist's experience of being Roma.
