As part of the exhibition “Daphne Wright. Memory and Presence” (running until 18 October 2026), the exhibition catalogue will be launched on Wednesday 9 September at 6 pm. The artist is travelling from Dublin to present the book alongside Penelope Curtis, a British art historian, curator and former director of the Museu Calouste Gulbenkian in Lisbon and Tate Britain in London, and Dr Arie Hartog, director of the Gerhard-Marcks-Haus.
The event will be held in English.
The publication (German/English, published by Hirmer Verlag) documents, amongst other things, the exhibition at the Gerhard-Marcks-Haus.
